763.
No..."buy those books...friendly books...pretty books..." whispers the devil softly in my ear.
Just goes to show...either I'm more compulsive about book buying then you...or I tend to buy books and THEN read them, while you read them and THEN buy them.
See previous comment, dated June 16 re:my book list.

By the way: 909? I hate you.
Unless you are referring to the Book Cosette. A continuation of Les Miserables. And you are right....it is oh dear oh dear.
Huh? I'm confused? Please explain.

There's an Author named Colette. You probably wouldn't like her. I don't know what book you are talking about.
755.
How can you own too many books?

And of course....following your rules on my "read" list, there are no kids books, or text books, or reference books (who reads reference books all the way through?) But they are on my "own" list.
Some interesting statistics:
I've read 753.
I own 743.
Of the books I've read, I own 384.
Bruce Campbell? Oh Hello. (Couldn't resist)

Think I would be creeped out by The Thirteenth Tale?
751. What are you at? Go ahead. Demoralize me. I dare you. *g*
