About my library My library is the St. Charles Public Library. About 45 miles west of Chicago, in a growing suburban area. We have about 48,000 patrons. The library is well used by residents and many others in the area. Circulation has been 1,000,000+ for the past three years. We are proud of the collection, working hard to keep it up to date. The emphasis is on popular materials, fiction and nonfiction.
