Noticed you liked The God of Small Things, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about a grief-stricken family. I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter)in case you'd like to read more about the novel before you commit:

Hello there J, thanks for getting in touch!
Yes, I think Anthony McGowan's terrific. We're published by the same company in the UK (and in South Africa) - Random House Children's Books. I've been lucky enough to meet him a couple of times now, and he's not only a wonderful author but a great bloke too!
You're going to order Black Tat? Fantastic! The idea of this story I wrote here at my desk in London being read by someone in another hemisphere is hugely exciting to me, so you've put a big smile on my face! The RHCB paperback just came out in the UK last week, so it should be available in SA any day now. I'll be honoured to be on your LibraryThing list - especially next to Day of the Triffids and The Midwich Cuckoos, which I notice we also share (isn't LibraryThing brilliant??) Hope you like stories about flying kung fu and vomiting bats, though! ;)
Thanks again, and very best wishes to you,
Sam Enthoven
