I signed up for LibraryThing at launch, and Shelfari at launch. I've really used neither. For some reason, Goodreads resonated more strongly with me. I'm not sure why. At this point, I have more friends in Goodreads, as well as more books listed, so it's probably about switching costs -- or at least _replicating_ costs. Can you easily export and import book lists? I know not. If I could, I'd maintain one regularly and update the others occasionally.
