About meI am in my forties (so who stole the thirties then?:-)) and work in the accounts department of a major Hospital Trust making sure that the ledger systems keeps up with the rapidly changing nature of the organisation.

About my libraryMy library consists of about sixteen hundred books, mainly science fiction, but quite a few computer manuals dealing with various aspects of web design.
My main sub genres within the science fiction family are Doctor Who books; some Star Trek and Star Wars novels; Space Opera by David Weber and John Ringo; Alternate History by Harry Turtledove and Steve Stirling; time travel stories are a favoured genre as well.

*wave* Hi there! :)

Thanks for adding all those events to the Manchester network - much appreciated. It seems we have a fair chunk of library in common... and you like SF and you're near me? I must add you! ;D And visit... it seems very rare to find fellow Brits who know who Lois McMaster Bujold is, and delightful! Are you on her mailing list at all?

Take care! :)

Hi John,

Thanks for your response, and nice to link up with you here. I've been plugging away since December and have my books owned, rated, and/or reviewed pretty well all entered.

Cheers!

Curt
