About meI am a mystery author with three titles in print and two in the pipeline. My style is sardonic and hardboiled. Just like me.

About my libraryIt's just a taste to give you an idea of what I admire. If it had to be just one book it would be Chandler's "Farewell My Lovely."

Thank you. I just LOVE books set in that 40s era! Looking forward to the rest of the trilogy. :)
You know that era is so rich in stories. Even though the history is well known; when a new perspecitve is delivered the period never gets old and I find that there is always something new to learn. Continued success and keep writing.
Hello John, With the work I've done with setting up mystery groups, Ive spent a lot of time with authors. I have come to respect how hard it is to make a living and still want to tell your stories. I have always given first time and midlist authors a lot of reading time with the groups.I always felt that they were the backbone of the industry.
I will check our Crystal Meth Cowboys.
thanks,
bob
ps I started the mystery groups in 1999. I do it for the love of reading. I do it as a volunteer.
Hi John,

Thanks for the heads up on your novel Crystal Meth Cowboys. I enjoy quite a few police procedurals, so I'll look into it.

If you have a minute or two, you can see the review I posted at my blog. It's slightly longer because I quoted the book in my blog post. Several people have already commented. (http://jensbookthoughts.blogspot.com )

Best of luck,
Jen
Thanks for the post. When will Book 2 come out? Also thanks for the heads up about Crystal Meth Cowboys - it sounds great, I plan to pick it up. Thanks again for the opportunity to read and review a Pure Double Cross. Best wishes and please keep writing!!
I think I've all ready posted one on Amazon. I also gave a positive review on my facebook page. The book is awesome. I'm from PA so I can attest to the authenticity. You ans Charlie Houston are my two new favorite authors. Why don't you hold on to another copy and send me the next one once its written or at least give me a little advance warning so I can find it. Looking forward to more.

TC
