Noticed you liked The Bluest Eye, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also southern and a bit dark. I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Let me know if you're interested. Here's a link to a summary in case you're interested:

Thanks,

I've added you to my interesting libraries section because we share a similar aesthetic. I particularly enjoy reading your reviews of novels you've hated. I've hated them too. You remind me that I must read more Wilkie Collins.
I loved your review of Interred with Bones--I definitely won't touch it with a 10 foot pole! Dislike intently The Historian (almost as many coincidences as Dan Brown!--read it at the request of a friend.) and probably the only book I've ever read that rivals Da Vinci Code in awfulness is Celestine Prophecy. The latter two books I was forced to read because I had so many people who wanted me to comment on them. Celestine Prophecy has the advantage over Dan Brown because it only took me 2 hours to read--talk about twaddle!

We don't read a lot of the same stuff but we certainly can agree on what's terrible! :-) I do love Wilkie Collins!
