About meSmug Intellectual/Political Scientist
About my libraryThis "library" serves as an electronic roster of books that I either own or have borrowed and read in part or in full. It's purpose is mainly as a tool to show people where my opinions come from before they jump to conclusions about my socio-political opinions and beliefs. I'm also using it as a way to catalog what I read in my youth so that I may purchase and shelve them among my personal items as I age. Expect heavy social sciences and law-related items, as well as a smattering of novels and other books. For books I haven't read, but want on my shelf I've tagged "wishlist". Everything else I've at least read 10 pages before putting it down in disgust.

We have enough problems with the current guy in the White House, and others like him, who see the world entirely in black and white. Kissinger has a lot to answer for, but it is hard to deny his brilliance, no matter how one might wish he had found more productive ways to apply it.
I see you joined LT very recently, but already you have an impressive collection on political science. I will have to come back in a while to see what else you add to your catalog. Sorry, it doesn't work the other way - I am keeping my library private for now, pending a private comments field which has been promised.
You might want to check out the Groups and Talk tabs (upper right of your screen) and jump in on some of the raging political discussions.
