About meMy name is Karen Bower, I am 25 years old and I live in Indianapolis. I graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 2008 with degrees in English & Psychology. I will graduate from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis in 2010 with a Master of Library & Information Science.

I currently work full-time as the Children's Outreach/Young Adult Librarian for the Avon-Washington Township Public Library in Avon, Indiana and I absolutely love what I do. It allows me to interact with the community and work with a variety of kids from toddlers to teens.

In my spare time I love to run competitively, bike, swim, blog, read, and watch way too much tv. I spend a lot of time with family and friends and I am looking forward to marrying my boyfriend of 4 years sometime in the near future.
