It looks like you have more than a combining problem. I'd suggest e-mailing Sonya to see if she can fix it, or at least make sure you're not penalized for a "missing" review.
Now that the copies have been combined, maybe re-saving your review would make it show up in Books You've Won? It might be worth a try.
Just passing by, seeing you've added a lot of Cherryh reviews recently. If you've enjoyed them, she has a blog (Wave without a shore) and a fansite (sheijdan) links from the author page.

I normally add gratuitous recommnedations in such comments, but you've read just about everything I'd normally suggest. I've just come across Julie Czerneda, and enjoyed her works, so maybe you will too.
