About meI am a cyber-teacher for Indiana's only all-virtual K-12 academy. I teach 8th grade science and also serve as a manager, trainer, and department chair. For my "part time" job, I teach online college classes for several universities, in the areas of College Success Skills, Technology, Business Communications, Earth Science, Environmental Science, Biology, and Physics. I hold a Bachelors and two Masters degrees from Indiana University, and a Ph.D. from Andrews University. I live in the woods in a log home, have four crazy cats, and play the clarinet in a community band.
About my libraryI have a huge library that occupies one wing of my house. There are books in every room of my home as well. I read cozy mysteries, classic mysteries, assorted fiction and "brain candy," business books, "books about books", philosophy, pop psychology, culture, and travel. I enjoy reading print materials as well as e-books on my Kindle Fire. I like being able to carry all those books with me whenever I go anywhere.
