About me I am a fulltime novelist, as well as a Wiccan, Empath, and Psychic. I have also been a vegetarian and feral cat rescuer for many years.

I write several award-winning paranormal romance and erotica novel series. You will find more information about my novel series, including sample chapters, reviews, reader comments, etc., at http://www.LauraStamps.blogspot.com .

My short stories and poems have appeared in over 1000 literary magazines, journals, and anthologies worldwide. The recipient of a "Pulitzer Prize" nomination and seven "Pushcart Award" nominations, I have written more than thirty-eight novels and poetry books. Trytium Publishing publishes my paranormal romance series ("The Witchery Series" and "The Manigault Vampires"). I also write two erotica novella ebook series ("A Rune Witch" and "A Faery Witch"). Artemesia Publishing and Kittyfeather Press publish my poetry books. Haddad's Fine Arts, Inc., publishes my poetry art prints.

About my library I don't intend to list all my books on this site, because I have five overflowing bookcases full of books at the moment (lol). But I did want to list the ones I enjoy the most, primarily paranormal romance and erotica.

May the stars carry your sadness away,
May the flowers fill your heart with beauty,
May hope forever wipe away your tears,
And, above all, may silence make you strong.

Another feral cat rescuer! My mother and I have been working with a feral cat colony in my hometown for two years now. This is the busiest time of year!
Hello!

This is the first time I've logged in in about 6 months, so I missed your invite from October.

Needles to say, I have not kept up my list. :)
How long have you been an author?
I do like Urban Fantasy. But the authors I usually read are Nick Bantock, John Crowley, Charles deLint, Diane Duane, Emma Bull, Neil Gaiman, Pat Murphy, Terri Windling, and Ellen Datlow
Thanks for the comment. I still do not have all my witchcraft related books online. I think I actually have about 1000 books. They seem to multiply worse than rabbits, LOL.

Bright Blessings!
Cris
Hi, Sorry for the delay in say "Hello" back - been away for awhile - Archer
Ok, Laura, you're probably going to think of me as the ditziest person around but I just looked you up at Barnes and Noble to discover that you are a bona fide author. Everyone else who reads your profile and comments here will probably say "well, duh!" but I didn't pick up on it. I will be very happy to check out your series. You're living my dream. Way to go!

Lizzie
Thanks for the reading tips - and I will check out your blog - it sounds great. The book I'm reading at the moment is called "Don of the Dead" (A Pepper Marting Mystery) by Casey Daniels. So far I'm enjoying it. It's fairly light reading, by which I mean it has humor and isn't so dark. I enjoy a lighter touch to my occult/fantasy. The next in the series is called "The Chick and the Dead."

I've had several people recommend a book called "Twilight" which is also in a series. I think I'll check that out next.

So, you're also an author? I fancy myself an author also, though I haven't, as yet, tried any urban fantasy.

talk to you soon,

Lizzie
Hey there! Glad you found me. I'm loving the the Yahoo groups as well as LT. I've only recently started on all these sites because I was so interested in what others were reading. Hope to hear from ya soon!

Thanks for leaving a comment on my page.. yes, most of my books are witch/pagan related. Bast is an awesome Goddess. :o)
I am fond of Isis & Lilith. Have a great day!!

Blessed Be,
Meg
Hi Laura!

Thanks for stopping by!! Yes, I do like Sylvia Plath. I've only read a little bit about her life and tragedy through some articles I found on the net. I'll definitely keep my eye out for "Wintering," as you've suggested.

Hi Laura! Thanks for the comment :) Glad to see you here having so much fun. There are some wonderful groups to join over here as well - hope to see you at some of them!! Wendy (from BookCrazy)
Thanks much for your comments. I absolutely love the version of the Book of the Dead that I have... Nothing against E.A. Wallis-Budge, but his version simply has nothing on the one that is so beautifully illustrated. I adore all things Egyptian, and I work in a bookstore, which serves solely to feed the habit. Vicious cycle it is...

Thanks again for writing!
~Daniel
