About meI am a Christ-following husband, father, pastor, and geek. I don't get nearly as much time to indulge my reading habit as I'd like, but I still make time for a new book every now and then.

About my libraryDuring our undergraduate days, my wife worked at a bookstore that offered us a tremendous discount. (I really miss that!) I ended up with a large number of books related to Biblical studies, theology, pastoral ministry, and whatnot.

In order to live comfortably in a fairly small apartment with a new baby, I chose to get rid of the majority of those books. I truly regret that, and should have just stored them at a friend's house or something; a bibliophile should never get rid of his or her books.

My library is fairly small now, just over 100 titles, but they are more carefully chosen than the others had been. One of my goals for 2009 is to actually finish reading them all before buying too many more...

Thank you :)

Hello and welcome to you as well.
Good day, brother.

Thanks for taking the time to drop me a note.

I actually put them all in by hand. It was kind of a relaxing way to spend some of the down time I had. Or when I needed a twenty minute break, I would spend that time putting in the books. I guess I need a new hobby now that I am done.

I look forward to browsing your titles

Happy new year. And God bless.
