Thanks so much for finding me! I'm going to check out your website as well. I'm looking forward to getting to know you better. We're off to a good start with our book buying/fine paying ways. :)
I very much enjoyed The Greatest Knight (I am an admirer of William Marshal) and also its sequel The Scarlet Lion. I'm looking forward to Chadwick's further work on the Marshal family which hopefully will be out soon.
Thanks for your interest in my library, and for wanting to be friends! It's always fun to connect to others who have the same reading interests!

I notice that you live in Poughkeepsie--I am a family history researcher, and a lot of my family history is centered in Putnam County, around Garrison--early enough that it was at one time Dutchess County prior to becoming Putnam County. I've enjoyed my visits there to do research on my ancestral lines in that area--never been to Poughkeepsie itself but have spent a lot of time in Cold Spring and Brewster (with a researcher helping me with the older Dutchess County records). I love the Hudson Valley!
