About meLesley-Anne McLeod has loved all things British--from history and geography to art and literature--for longer than she can remember. After years of bookselling and non-fiction writing it was natural that when she turned to writing fiction thirty years ago, she should write historical romances set in England.

Lesley-Anne has written ten full-length romances, a volume of short stories, and several pieces of short fiction. These are all set in the extended Regency era (1800-1825), and are written in the 'traditional' Regency style, reminiscent of the work of Georgette Heyer and Jane Austen. Historical accuracy plays an important part in her writing, and research is an absorbing and abiding interest to her.

About my libraryMy library is in the main a list of my research books, with the addition of some of my favourite fiction.
