About meWhy, yes, I *do* use all of those cookbooks.
About my libraryConcentrations in English and American history and biography, primarily 19th century. Quite a few Folio Society volumes, for both their content and their wonderful construction. As a librarian, I tend to use LC subject headings (slightly modified) for my tags.
