Groups1001 Books to read before you die

About meObviously I LOVE to read. Always have and I don't I will ever change that part about me ever. I love discussing topics that books I have read and its central subject such as political, religious, moral views.

I like reading books based on its rawness of originality and content. I like being made to pause and think, instead of just devouring a story without any thoughts or opinions.
Sci fi books are a favorite of mine, really geeky but it's nice to slip into a different world other than our own from time to time.

About my libraryI KNW i have read a thousand books but i cnt remember them all! >.< I been reading since I learned how to (2nd grade) and I have never really kept a record of what I have read. ugh.

Great. Send me your e-mail address (mine is mail@christophertusa.com), and I'll send you the e-book version of the book.

Thanks,

Chris
Noticed you liked Lovely Bones, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here, as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it also contains a young female narrator struggling with a series of tragic circumstances. I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter) in case you'd like to read more about the book before you commit:

:)
I just got book from the library called "The Laws of Harmony". It is good so far
The Possiblity of Everything. It looks cute!
send me katrina's library thing, please.
yeah, i won a book, too and i still haven't received it
I REALLY like how you use your librarything. It really helps. I would love for the members of the book club to make one just to see what types of books they read and what not. I know Margarita and I believe Helen has one, too. I can't find Katrina's, though.
No Way!! I wanna read it after you!
i got to borrow the Russian Concubine from you!
im thinking the 19th or 20th
No problem
Damn... I didn't think about her being Nyx's re-incarnation! Good one! I never mentioned Kalona as one of her "suitors" b/c that would be freakin' ridiculous if the authors even go there with him! The guy is clearly an evil psychotic bastard! Heath is TOTALLY naive and whiny and the poor guy just gets on my nerves... Eric is hot but too controlling and Stark... well, Stark is a Red Fledgling so he's a little emotionally unbalanced. I bet you they'll probably introduce yet ANOTHER guy for her to lust over... *Sigh* I cannot wait for the next book!
Hi =)

I'm doing great! Thanks for asking. =)
I LOVEEEEE House of Night! I can't believe we have to wait ANOTHER year for the next one! Do you think she'll stay with Eric or go for Stark?... or even Heath?! I really hope not Heath... he's too whiny!
Thanks for enjoying the review. I love reviewing terrible books lol.

Get Katrina to make one!
GIRLY! YOU HAVE TO READ THE THIRTEENTH TALE!!
its simple. at the top, next to TALK, go to GROUP and add some that you find interesting.
The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield.

I was so excited to see a bulletin for me :))))

No one ever talks on here anymore. I am always doing group chatrooms now. its sooo interesting!
yeah, and now I can't find a decent book trader :(
Go through my library!
I actually just went to the book trader today and got $9 for over 12 books. I was pisssssed. I'm not going there anymore. But anywho, I have some pretty good books if you would like to check them out. Go through my library online and you can ask me what it was about if it interests you.
well, duh! he is a great detective!
the movie was so great! it had a story line, but it shows the rules and what not.
So, I started reading the kinda self help book "He's Just Not That Into You" and lemme tell you, I would never of thought I would be reading this book, but its sooo funny. And it makes sense! Its all about dating and what not.
WTF so she doesn't end up with David?! Boo you, story.
FIND THE END!
Does Tally meet up with Peris again? Does she bang anyone?
Ok, I just finished UGLIES. Now, how does the rest of the trilogy end?
Yeah, it is the French film. haha
And it is sad, but women had to do what they had to do. They got their word out (though they didn't know it was actually a woman). Thats why I'm glad that society is more accepting and we don't follow the same gender roles as we did in the hay days, or else we wouldn't have Harry Potter :)
But men have products some equally great literary works. Writing is art and art is a simple form of expressing ones ideas and imagination.
Wow, way to ruin the movie for me...
JK! I didn't see it, though but there was a horror flick called High Tension with the similar idea.
Agatha, yes. She is often compared to Sir Arthur Cohen Doyle, the creator of Mr. Holmes.
hahaha thats why i love him
GRILLED CHEESE?! Thats totally different lol. Well, don't force yourself to like him. I just always am interested in the little clues that help him solve the crime. Makes me better at figuring people out :)
I have an Agatha Christie book that I have wanted to read for the longest time! Ever read her?
And why aren't you in book club!
yeah, with me, if the beginning sucks, i wont try. You can get the ND games on amazon.com. They are pretty good, but the Sherlock ones are better. Why don't you care for him?
Funny thing is the Nancy Drew PC games are what got me into the books :)
But then I meant Sherlock Holmes and fell in love
hoverboarding sounded so awesome. When I finish this book, I'll ask you how the story ends :)
Like, with A great and Terrible Beauty, it was so easy to read, but the characters grew on me. I fell in love with Gemma, felt sorry for Ann, and secretly gave attitude to Felicity. Even though the realm thing was kinda childish, it still was bad ass.
See, its not that I hate Uglies, but at this point I need to be challenged. The idea is pretty good, because from what I'm getting out of it is that its on society now. I only just got into Part 3 of the book. At first, I felt the book was dumbed down for me, and then the character Tally had me feeling bad for her because of the situation she is in with Special Circumsations and then with Shay and David. Its pretty ok, not something I was going to pick up for my own reading, but its decent. At this point, I want to read more mystery books and books that take place in a different setting. What I REALLY want to find is that mind changing book.
