About me I am a Christian homeschool mom to two - 2 years old and 7 years old. We use the Charlotte Mason method, along with the Classical Christian trivium, and pull from the Ambleside Online booklist. I am happy to say that so far, my love for books has overflowed to my 7 year old daughter, who is a voracious reader; and nothing makes me smile more than to see my almost 2-year old son sitting on the floor looking at a book so intently as though he is actually reading every word.

I enjoy reading Christian parenting and child-training books, along with natural/alternative medicine, gardening, cookbooks, interior decorating, and history. I'm a classical pianist by training and taught on the college level for 10 years before starting my family. I enjoy the outdoors, and helping my husband in our cabin rental business.
