About meI am a 36 year old wife and mother of two. I love books - so much so that I work and a book store Philadelphia Rare Books. For years I have been buying books that end up in boxes - some only half read. Well my life has taken a turn and I am now spending time on the hobbies I love most ( I also paint and cook for fun). Books have been a dear friend when I needed them most. Now that I have " Settled Down" I am looking forward to spending much more time with my dear friends.
About my libraryI tend to lean toward books that have some sort of history or travel connected to them - books that can be linked to real people places and things. I do love a great thriller or mystery but anything that educates or informs can have space on my shelf. I have started collecting the classics and I look forward to adding to my cook book collection which contains books from the 19th century.
