About meBook lover. Craft Addict. Role-player. Slash supporter.
I enjoy playing videogames, watching genre shows on netflix and want to try anything having to do with arts and crafts. I love Doctor Who, Supernatural, and Buffy as well as a whole bunch of various anime.

My library is made up of fantasy, urban fantasy, horror, art, crafts, home & garden, graphic novels, and manga for the most part, with a few here and there from various other small interests.
I have been actively collecting a personal library only over the last ten years and due to space problems had to cut back and be more selective about the types of books I have on my physical shelves, This lead to my buying a e-reader instead of buying paperbacks. I read mostly for pleasure so that is reflected in how I rate books. I tried to be as descriptive as I could with ratings listed.
Some notes about my library.
The tag R# equals number of times read (R1 for read once, R2 for read twice and so on). My "read but unowned" section contains all books that I've owned but have gotten rid of for some reason (given away, sold for space, or hated). I've not necessarily completed reading all of these books. I'll probably add library books there also at some point.
★: Did not like it. Un-enjoyable. Not necessarily unreadable but there is likely something here that kept breaking my suspension of disbelief or that I found repetitively annoying during reading. In some cases went unfinished. In non-fiction, a book that was near useless to me.
★★: It was okay. Readable, but I would not recommend it to other people. This is likely not something that I would ever read a second time. I would describe this as a forgettable or boring sort of book with no or few interesting points to it. In non-fiction, a couple points had good information but not a decent resource.
★★★: I liked it. Acceptable, Average but with some rather redeeming qualities; recommended with reservations. In non-fiction, a fairly decent resource.
★★★★: Really liked it. This is a book I greatly enjoyed. Not something I was necessarily in love with but pretty close. I would recommend this book.
★★★★★: It was amazing. This is a book I loved in particular and couldn’t get enough of for some reason. If I could only take one box of books with me to move this would be one of them.
