About my libraryMy library is comprised of a combination of historical fiction, children's books and non-fiction on history (particularly medieval British)and religion, school textbooks and Newfoundland literature. Unfortunately, this is not all the books I have ever had as my mom gave alot to my school when she moved! ARGH!!! My next goal is The Neverending Story by Michael Ende- in the coloured text!

I found my copy of 'Odd' in a bookshop in Dunedin, New Zealand. I couldn't resist the title and the cover. I did start reading it, but I think the title's the best thing about it! And yes, the Dark is Rising series is wonderful. I was completely overwhelmed by it when I was a kid, and loved returning to it years later. Have you read Diana Wynne Jones at all? She does great things with the Merlin concept.
