Hi Margaret, I keep wondering if you persisted with "A Tale of Two Cities". Please let me know. I would love to hear that you LOVE it. And remember ...try the audiobook, you can't go wrong. MB Happy Thanksgiving!
OOps! I wanted to ask you if you read "Little Women" because I see that you have added it to your library. I have decided that I am going to read it again in conjunction with a copy of "American Bloomsbury" that I picked up at a local library sale. I realized that there is much more to that book than just an old favorite that I read as a child. If you did read it, did you still enjoy it as an adult? Again, when you have a moment can you let me know? Thanks...
Hi, Did you finish reading "A tale Of Two Cities?" I hope you did and if not I am going to suggest you get it in the form of an audiobook. That was how I came to realize what a phenomenal book it is. I was able to grasp the intricate aspects and details that made it like a jigsaw puzzle, that comes together in the end so nicely. Let me know? Mary Beth
Actually, I have had it for a while. I used to sell high-end sport-fishing catamarans when I lived on the island, in San Francisco Bay, and friends had sailing yachts that I enjoyed. So, I took an interest in learning more about wind power.
No worries, it happens to the best of us. Thank you for your kind words, regarding my writing. Feel free to leave comments on the Guestbook, on the site. (It's funny how many folks have sent me email comments, but don't leave a note on the site, lol.)

Hi, I saw you on the Writers/Readers page and so I stopped by. I frequently find myself injecting humor into my writing. I have often said I should have been a stand up comedian although the recent economic woes have taken some of the wind out of my sails. My mentor said that I should attempt humor in my stories because as you noted it is not often done by writers, because it is difficult, but it comes quite naturally to me. However, the writing part is where I find myself stumped. Anyway, I wanted to comment on the fact that you have added "A Tale of Two Cities." That is one of my all-time favorites. I read it several times in school as a kid, but it wasn't until I listened to it as an audiobook that I realized what it truly consisted of, which was a wonderful puzzle, in which each character plays an important role in moving the story forward. Talk about needing an outline! There are so many qualities that make it a masterpiece. Well, hope to see you around the site! MB
