About meA librarian all my life, officially for 20 years. I've loved reading and books all my life. I've taken up quilting and knitting and find myself torn how to spend my free time, I don't have a ton since I'm working full time. I've found listening to audiobooks particularly appealing because I can multi-task. Quilting, knitting, driving, cleaning, whatever I'm doing I have a book. I've recently added 2 daughters-in-law and a grandson and will soon have 2 granddaughters in March. I don't read the ending to books, but if I find out it doesn't matter to me. It's the journey that is important. The books I remember forever are the ones that had an emotional impact on me. East of Eden, Crime and Punishment, Lucia, Lucia, Call of the Wild, Because of Winn Dixie to name a few. You'll find my very favorite ones with 5 stars and a comment.

About my libraryMy library is a record of what I've read. I have a paper list that I'm transfering slowly. I'm adding current books as I go. I'll be adding favorites that are not on my list as I remember.
