About meI'm an avid reader, but haven't read a lot of the classics. I prefer more contemporary fiction. I have a phobia about choosing books just because they're on someone's best-seller list; I like to choose for myself. I just choose whatever strikes my fancy. (I can't believe how often they end up being someone's recommendation anyway!) I also like to read fantasy/science fiction. My favorite author is Stephen King. My next favorite is Diana Gabaldon - I'm anxiously awaiting her next book. And I've fallen in love with Tad Williams' work. I do have a blog, but it's mainly about knitting.

About my libraryI have all of Stephen King's books, mostly hardcover. I have all of Diana Gabaldon's books (softcover), and I'm working on getting all of Tad Williams' (mostly paperback). I have a lot of knitting books.
