Besides reading my other hobbies include working on jigsaw puzzles, and doing counted cross stitch About my libraryI have a vast home library that is edging close to 2000 books.I have books from the 1800's right up to ARC 2011. Its hard to get rid of book but have lately put some on a book swap. I have many favorite authors that it would be hard to list them all here. About half of my library was passed down from my husbands Great Grandparents and will eventually go to my children/grandchildren. After listing them I will need to do alot of editing as far as read,to read etc.Its interesting to see how many have the same books I do. It's so frustrating when computers don't work the way we expect. I have Sony laptop but thinking about something bigger. We spend half of our lives now at the computer.

I too am a '44 baby AND I see that we share some great books and a love for Latin??? On the strength of your owning William, I'll invite you to look at the Virago Modern Classics group. It might or might not be your cup of tea.
