About meI am the Queen of all Procrastinators. Of course we haven't gotten around to having the coronation yet... Maybe tomorrow.

About my libraryMy library is distributed haphazardly throughout my parents' house and consists of all the books I've ever owned (apart from the ones I've lent out and never had back) and a few I don't. I've inherited hoarding tendencies from my grandmother which is why I have some horrendous books on this list that I can't bear to part with.

Noticed you liked Out by Natsuo Kirino, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here, as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also gritty, a bit violent, and a bit dark :) I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter) in case you'd like to read more about the novel before you commit.

Thanks,

The books you lent out and never got back, I'm sure I remember reading an Ambrose Bierce definition of a friend as being "someone who borrows your books without returning them" but I can't find it in the 'Devil's Dictionary'.
Hello, I can see we share lots of books, and I wanted to say, please read Frenchman's Creek! I love Daphne Du Maurier and its my favourite one. I see its on your shelf but you haven't read it yet. Also, Goodnight Mister Tom is brilliant.
We share some great titles, an I can see you also love Wuthering Heights, Princess Bride, Rebecca, Perfume etc, and you also have Shapeshifters by Otto Koontz which practically everyone I try and talk to about has never heard of. It was a book I read as a kid and it stuck with me all these years. Recently everywhere I go I seem to come across the Island Nantucket, in other books, on tv, in films, so I feel like I am destined to go there or something weird like that.
Anyway, just thought I would say hi as we share so many books.
