About me Despite theoretically being far too busy to read, I find it hard to resist picking up any book that appears in front of me, including anything I see in a bookshop, in a friend’s possession, or now on Librarything. As a result I now have a to-read pile taller than I am, and see little natural light that isn’t reflected off the book held in front of my face.
On the rare occasions I’m not reading, I love to travel, particularly if it involves the opportunity to take photos, a good meal, and a heated debate with friends over a nice cold beer.
About my library I’ve added to Librarything most of the books I own, and all the books I’ve borrowed and read since about mid 2006. I’m gradually going back trying to fill in the books I read in the past but don’t own, with emphasis on the word gradually. Although I buy and keep mostly SF / Fantasy, I read pretty much anything, although I’m shamefully lacking when it comes to the classics.
