About Me
I love to read I was born and raised in sunny Plant City, FL. I currently live in St. Petersburg, FL.(in the Tampabay area)I'm a member of the PROJECT LEAD community. I'm in my second semester in LIS at FSU.
I received my undergraduate degree from Tuskegee University in Elementary Education. I took 1 children's literature class this summer.
I use children's literature daily for Teacher Read Aloud(TRA)I also use literature to teach writing. I'm currently a 5th grade teacher at James B. Sanderlin Elementary. I love to read aloud Jerry Spinelli books to my students. My favorite is Maniac Magee.
