About meTo say, "I love books" would be an understatement. The truth is I feel quite certain I would perish without them. I am currently attending College (yeah..for me). I am seeking an English Lit Major (no suprise there) with a Philosophy Minor (maybe a suprise?)and I am a non-trad student (by this I mean I am 26). I currently am the Editor of my community college newspaper, where among other things, I write a bi-weekly book column (again, no suprise). I love music (all kinds but one of my favorites is Sinatra), I adore antiques, and I am very serious (at least that is what I have been told). I am also a little old-fashioned (I grow a lot of my own food, bake my own bread, make my own blankets and scarves...etc. In a nutshell...that is who I am.

About my libraryI have hundreds upon hundreds of books, perhaps even thousands. I have only managed to log the books I have read since October of 2008 (when I joined). I am trying to back log books but school leaves little time for me to do so; I am hoping by the end of summer I will be all caught up. However, I only intend on logging the books I have read not my entire Library; so as I read them I will log them. I have never met a book I didn't like and for this reason my Library is rather extensive. Recently I was finally able to read a book that I had purchased in 03' when it came out (see big big Library and I cart it with me every time I move). I feel confident in knowing that I will never be able to read all the books I wish to read in this life (hopefully, I can a least read the ones I've bought).

I thoroughly enjoyed your review on Twilight especially the end comments about what a damning indictment it was on the relationships that young girls should aspire to. Thank you for writing it.
I do read a lot of books. I enjoy it and trying to keep up with newer titles can be an uphill struggle.
