I haven't quite worked out how to combine a list of books we share (which displays a list with your tags) and then selecting one of those tags but only showing those we share.

In the meantime, a cursory browse leads me to suggest Red Earth And Pouring Rain or Cloud Atlas to read some point, unless you already have a plan for your TBR shelves?

I feel a little better about my 1000 unread books now. When I mention this fact to other people, even ones who read regularly, they think I'm completely insane. :)
