About meLike everyone else on this site, I love to read. I usually have three books going at once - one next to my bed (to read with my eyes, I say), one in the car on CD, one in my MP3 player. I seldom read non-fiction. Within fiction, I seldom read science fiction or bodice-rippers. Other than that, I'm fairly non-discriminating as to genre. I manage to get through about 90 books a year. Always looking for advice on what to read next!

I also love to quilt and garden. I can quilt and read, I can garden and read, but I have yet to figure out how to do all three at once. If someone else has, please advise!

About my libraryI am mostly a book borrower rather than an owner. I used to buy lots and lots of books until I moved to my current town - which has the most wonderful public library. I'm including here books I've read, whether I own them or not.

My local library is Chelmsford Public Library in Mass. My favorite place. Clean, well-organized, well-lighted, friendly staff, very good web resources, lots of audio books plus a free mp3 book website.
