About meReading has been my favorite occupation from an early age. My interests have changed over the years and I suspect I could follow the different stages in my life by the changes in my reading preferences.

About my libraryWhen I started cataloging, I concentrated on listing my favorites to begin with, then began adding books as I read them. I have discovered some of my favorite authors here like David Liss, Ivan Doig, Kate Atkinson, and Ann Patchett.

I actually thought I would like the Matisse stories much more than I did. Byatt is wonderful. I am not sure if it was timing on my part or just not one of her more compelling story collections.
OOhhh, Jan! I'm thrilled that you're reading Caro. Maybe Master of the Senate can be our shared read!?!?! I'm dying to get to it, but it will probably be April before I'm ready. How about you?
And I'm finally realizing that you don't have a thread in the 75 group this year. I kept looking for it to show up and finally looked at the threadbook and didn't see it. Am I wrong?
Anyway, thank you for dropping by mine from time to time.
And I see snooping around this page that you're going to get to meet Kim. Wow! Nobody lives near enough to me to be meetable, and apparently, nobody drives down I-95.
Anyway, hope all is well with you and yours!
