I've been able to find nothing at all in the way of book description for Kherlakian's Hungarian Photographs. It's for sale on a remainders site, & I wonder would you ever tell me what you think of it? If for some reason it's a dud I shan't bother with it. Thanks.
Hi Orla! Thank you for adding me to your "intersting libraries" list. We share a love of Virago classics. I've added you as well. You have so many I didn't even know about! :D

Happy reading year!

Hello Orla - thanks for adding me to your 'interesting libraries' list. I took a look at your blog and loved it.....there's something so addictively poignant about old photos; I can't resist them. I've been alternately salivating and mourning over 'Lost London' and marvelling (not always in a good way) at the way the whole character of the city has completely changed over the past century or so. One of these days I'll make it over the Dublin to explore some of those tempting-sounding bookshops....

Best wishes

Thanks for this, Orla. It's an interesting blog - the covers always look well displayed together like that.

I like to show the cover of the book I actually own on LT (and the Mercier cover is the right one). It's not always possible at the moment, though, as my scanner's out of action!
Thanks for adding me to your 'interesting libraries' list; I have reciprocated. You have a lot of titles that interest me - I'll have to have a good look when I've time. And some of your favourite bookshops are familiar to me (I'm a Dubliner) - makes me look forward to my next trip back, when I can visit some of them!
