When you read, I want to hear what you think of it :-)
Excellent, though I must admit, I like the books after that one better than the first one. It is such a different view of the world. Once you read it, you can go back and Netflix the Darryl Hannah movie. :-)
Okay Polly... just bought the first one. I was flying Saturday and knew my layover would be extended so I thought it would be a good time to check it out. I'm 300 pages in and just wanted to thank you for the recommendation! Nice one!
I have NOT read that Wilderness series... it is going in my PDA now so the next time I'm picking something I'll grab it. Thanks! I'll let you know what I think. :-) I see that author all the time but since I read them in groups, wanted to finish some of the multitude of books I am currently reading at the same time (you know how that happens-right?) I wanted to wait until I started picking up more.
Hey... just saw your post in the Talk section. Oh Lord... nothing compares to those Outlander books... or the "Adultery Books" as my friend Jamie (yes a guy, but nothing like our Jamie Fraser). Since you seem to like some of the same books as me...try Sharon Shinn' Twelve Houses series. The women I've gotten started on Outlander also like those from me too. I think the first one is Reader and Raelynx. I also really like her Samaria series (Archangel is the first one of those). They aren't ever going to be Jamie Fraser but hey... good books. :-)
