Mitch has multiple credits for healing and meditation CDs, articles, and texts, including five recordings for Dr. Deepak Chopra. His articles on Tai Chi and meditation can be found in fitness and yoga publications. As a professor at West Chester University – his classes are a key part of the Contemplative Studies Program
