Many thanks for that..a truly remarkable character...lets hope that the bbc archive will deliver one day.
In the early 80s Arena (I think) did a documentary on Burroughs which I found strangely absorbing and different ....I think this was after the naked civil servant and Quentin Crisp's display of fortitude. I dimly remember his character Dr Bentham(?) who is in up to his elbows in the body creative/nostalgic with his powerful headlight being biologically challenged. Since you seem to be a fan can you recall this character?
Hello there! I see that we have many similar books. "Dollars for Terror" and "1000 Years For Revenge" are perhaps some of my favorite books. Have you read "Triple Cross" by Peter Lance? It is also an excellent book.
