About my librarymy ratings are as follows:
1 Star: Not worth reading at all! Put it down and look for something else!
2 Stars: If it intrests you, borrow it from a library or a friend, but not really worth buying or even reading if it doesn't really interest you.
3 Stars: Worth reading once or maybe twice, but borrowing it is probably a good idea once again.
4 Stars: Worth reading and buying, as you will probably read it again and again and again! Many of my top rated books are in this section.

Hi there!
Long time no write. How are you? (I hope at some point you read this, otherwise I"ll write you an e-mail.) I just read the last comment I left: "Next" by Michael Crichton is terrible, do not read it, it will put you in a bad mood. "Jurassic Park" is still fantastic, but "Next" just...well...it's bad. Some suspense, but overall, just not good.

I'm curious: What did you think of "The Princess Bride"? (Did I already ask you that?) Because I saw the movie and loved it, but I don't know if I would like the book.

Well, hope you still hang around in here from time to time. If not, I'll write you some time. We could start a new book for our book club! What do you say? I'll start searching my bookshelf and book stores to find something that might qualify.

Huggles!

Well, by Waris Dirie is extremely good but maybe a bit heavy for you. (see my library) Have you read the original Peter Pan by J.M. Barrie? If you haven't, you have to. :-) There's also "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" by Douglas Adams - crazy and random, but really funny, maybe it's something for you. Terry Pratchett, especially the Disc World series, is just as random and funny. Not everyone likes it, but maybe you can try, I love that kind of humor. If you like suspense, you're going to love Michael Crichton's "Jurassic Park" - at least I did. It's the only one by him I've read yet, but I'll eventually read "Next".

Well, I hope you'll like one of these if you look into it.

Hugs!

I loved Anne Frank too when I read it. ^^ And I bought "The curious incident of the dog in the night-time", haven't read it yet though.
Hmmm. Not being able to find good books is bad... Let me think if I can find something I can recommend... I'll write again. :-)
*hugs*!
Ages since I last wrote, sorry!! What have you been reading?? I'm currently reading "Love in the times of cholera" so I'll have read it before seeing the movie. (Btw, "Moby Dick" is NOT as exciting as everyone says it is, lol. Sometimes there is a chapter that you love, and then the rest is really boring. Too bad...) Love you!
By the way, I only got two new books, one of them is The Secret Garden. Such a wonderful book! It made me so happy and cheerful! ^^ I hope I can give it to my children to read some day and that they will love it just like I did. ^^
Oh, cute! ^^ Where did you get that picture? Is it your dog? :-)
Oops, never mind that last comment, I just saw that you did write a review on the "Princess Bride". Sorry! ^^
Hey, we're back! ^^ Quick question: What did you think of the Princess Bride? Why did you only give it two stars? (I'm just asking because I saw the movie and loved it, and some other people rated it really high.) Just wanted to hear your personal opinion. :-)
Ooooo, pretty picture! ^^ Thanks so much for the Attica review, it sounds awesome!! ^^ I think I'll read it sometime (when I finish all the two hundred books sitting in the shelves in my room waiting for me, lol). See ya!
I just read your review of The Princess Bride, and I just wanted to let you know: There is no longer book. The whole thing is a literary device. Goldman wrote the whole thing from scratch...
Hey, if you happen to have the time and it's not too annoying, would you mind writing a short review on Attica? I'd really like to know what it's about and what you think of it specifically. Thanks! ^^
Hi! ^^ Thanks for the comment!! :-D Just go on "edit profile settings" (or something like that, it's on the right), and then click either on "choose picture" or "upload image", then upload one from your own computer, then save the settings. So glad you like the group! ^^
Yeayyy!!!! Awesome user name, ReadingPenguin!!!! ^^ I'm so glad you're here!! :-D I've only just taken a peek into your catalog, and I love it!!! :-D I'll take time to look at it closer in a sec. Have you checked out mine? It's not as big or as cool as yours, but take a look if you want. :-)
