About meI love ART, art books, reading and watching Korean Films. Science fiction in movies is a fave but I tend to gravitate in different directions with most of my reading.

About my libraryI'll be listing the books I've read, in addition to own. (just for my own record and to help search like items) A few years ago, I did the Feng Shui thing and took hundreds, HUNDREDS of books to the Used Book Store for credit. Every once in a while, it stings. Every once in a while, I wish I had a certain book or two or two hundred, back. Mostly, I don't have a big enough home to keep it all and some, I just won't ever read again. I no longer lend books unless I never expect to see them again, because I never do.

"How many slams in an old screen door? Depends how loud you shut it. How many slices in a bread? Depends how thin you cut it. How much good inside a day? Depends how good you live 'em. How much love inside a friend? Depends how much you give 'em."
— Shel Silverstein (Where the Sidewalk Ends)
Vol. 11 is really good! I have watched most of the episodes that are available but I enjoy reading the manga more than watching them (although the music is really good, I would like to get a sound track someday). I haven't watched the 'fan sub' episodes that go beyond the current manga as I enjoy experiencing the story in manga form first.

I have been really into playing GO for a few years now, I actually got into HNG after playing GO for a while and hearing about it. If you are looking for a good place to play online, the best place is the "KGS Go Server" http://www.gokgs.com/ Kiseido also publishes very good GO books.
hi fellow Hikaru fan, just so you know Vol 11 is out now. Enjoy!
You're very welcome :-D This is such a fun idea. I was so tickled to be picked to be your santathing and had fun browsing through your library and your website - you're an amazing artist - wow! I've read His Dark Materials a couple of times now and (obviously) really enjoy them, so I was delighted to be able to pick all three for you.

I see you enjoy Nick Bantock's books too - isn't he great? He lives not too far from me and I've seen him and wished I could get up the nerve to ask for a book signing. Maybe one day.
Thanks again for the review! :)
