About meRingo Gene Hayden is the author of the new Dead Thorn Diaries series. He grew up in San Antonio, Texas then spent his twenties on his next adventure devouring the streets of Los Angeles as an actor in films, singer songwriter of the band Grasshopper, drummer and bassist for various other LA indie bands. He now lives, breathes and plays in Bend, Oregon. Raging through mountain powder on his snowboard or shredding downhill dirt spray on his Santa Cruz mountain bike.

His favorite rock bands in order: Circa Survive, Death Cab For Cutie, Florence + The Machine, Muse, Red Hot Chili Peppers, 30 Seconds to Mars, Group Love, Cage The Elephant, Band of Horses, and so many more...

He is currently working on the second book of the Dead Thorn Diaries series.
