About meI am a performer, entertainer, a Midwesterner transplanted from Kansas to Oklahoma; Yankee by birth and inclination. I'm a Leo who loves life; a singer, performer, musician, lover, wife, artist, healer, friend, avid reader, cook, gardener, priestess and energy worker. I'm a double preacher's kid which explains quite a bit.

I've performed at Renaissance Festivals for 30 years; everything from lady-in-waiting to Queen Elizabeth to fighting wench and now musician in a wonderful accoustic Celtic band called "Queen's Gambit" and sometimes still QE.

Performing at faires has helped make me who I am more than any other single thing in my life. I've been a professional seamstress for 25 years; had a Bridal & Costume sewing business until I got burned out. Now I still sew for a living but am turning to two web-based businesses, one called "FiddlyBags" and the other called "Ritual-Wear" but first I'll be on Etsy with unique garments and bags.

In '02 at KCRF I met, fell in love with, moved in with and finally married a wonderful man; the reason I moved from KS to OK. He's not only my partner in life but in the band and all my other endeavors; he's the reason I'm able to re-invent my sewing business. Happy Anniversary, honey!

About my libraryYou name it, I read it. I'll read the cereal box if it's the only thing available. I prefer to buy paperback library so I can read and re-read as I choose & they don't take up quite as much room. My first choice will always be SciFi and Fantasy; Mercedes Lackey, Charles DeLint, L.E. Modesitt, Jr., Anne McCaffrey, and of course, Robert Heinlein and Isaac Asimov, Edgar Allen Poe and Shakespeare. What, you don't consider Shakespeare to be Sci Fi? *shrugs*

I seem to be missing a box of books; the earlier part of the alphabet...hmmm. If I seem to have a lot of books in "H - N," that's why.
