About my library I'm basically cataloging every book I've ever read with the exception of children's picture books (although I have included a few picture book favorites). I cataloged a lot of books without titles or authors because I can't remember the titles or authors of books I read as a child or teen. As a librarian I end up reading a lot of books for work I would not ordinarily read and it does broaden my reading habits. Sometimes I'll read a book to find out what all the fuss is about, because I'm just curious or because I want to see how bad it really is. I also read some nonfiction books for research purposes. I'm enough of a book slut that I still manage to get a lot of reading for pleasure done though.
