About meWatchmen - first graphic novel I've ever read.
I'ma very deep person/thinker - and LOVE abstract ideas - adventure/superheroes! - superpowers - dark tinted stories/show the darkness of real life through super-human characters/relating to our lives/human kind.
LOVE WATCHMEN.
now looking to figure out which others i should open to. :)
(Have been longtime fan of Xmen, Batman, Green Lantern, etc) but only thru tv- shows and Movies!
So now i'm starting all over through Comics. :)

We sound pretty similar in our comic book interests! I read Watchmen a little over six months ago and loved it, and since then I've gotten hooked on graphic novels of all kinds.
If you're still wondering, you can read the comics in pretty much any order. It would be insanely hard to find all of them in chronological order. If you've got a good memory you can just construct a mental timeline for when major events happen and fill it in as you go. (Otherwise you could make a real physical timeline. Either way I'd suggest doing it otherwise you'll get confused.) Since you liked Watchmen I'd suggest reading more recent comics and working backwards as things interest you... the more recent stuff is a lot deeper. My favorite is Hush by Jeph Loeb (and anything else by Jeph Loeb!) Kingdom Come by Mark Waid involves Batman and is another one of my favorites. I don't really recommend Frank Miller's stuff even though he's popular.
You should also definitely read Alan Moore's other books, especially V for Vendetta and his Swamp Thing series.
I hope that helps!
