Also, Jacob picks out makeup and clothes for Trace. Is this some sort of indicator that he was previously a woman? Plus, Gianni says "Did you have to get rid of her completely?" Hmmmm - I don't know about this Jacob=Rita thing, but I can't think of any other reason to use the name Ianthe for your character. Why choose that name and then say names are important if it didn't have some relevance to the story?
