About meI love all things related to books and reading, including hunting for new literature and new authors. Nothing smells better than a fresh new book, am I right or am I right?

I'm an elementary school teacher in California. Reading and creative writing are my favorite things to teach.

What else...well, sometimes I read in my sleep.

About my libraryLots of books in my library are TBR because I just swapped out a lot of my used books. I had a modest non-fiction library, and used the public library for my fiction. Recently I've traded lots of my personal library shelf and now have a small fiction collection. And my poetry books are here to stay.

Hunting for new books has been so much fun and it's what led me to Library Thing. Many of my fiction books are from Paperbackswap.com, a fantastic resource for trading used books!

AND...I simply adore browsing through some of the bookshelves here at LT. Thanks for sharing your treasures with me and others.
