About meI like artsy things: drawing, painting, photography, and writing, mostly.

I also like the ocean, animals, history, old-world pirates, the Victorian era, music, movies, medieval weaponry, and warm socks.

About my libraryIt's pretty random, mostly books that catch my eye in the bookstore or online. I try to give every book a chance, but I'm partial to fantasy, a holdover from a childhood full of dragons, magic, and talking animals.

I use this account to keep track of my ever-growing bookshelves, but there's a lot on my shelves that I haven't cataloged. So many books, so little time...

I haven't seen you at all on LT this year, and am hoping all is well with you.
Hi
I've lost your thread for the 75 challenge group. Would you mind sending the link to me on my home page.

Thanks!

Linda
Glad to hear it's just ordinary Real Life getting in the way, and not anything more! Good luck with classes, and hope to see more of you when the semester is over.
Hey, Jenny, haven't seen you in the challenge group for over a month. Hope everything is okay and it is just classes keeping you busy!
Hey there! Love your library too, and thanks for reading the blog. :)
Hi Spiraledstar. Thanks for your message. Your consolation and the hugs helps a lot.

Thanks for adding BannedBooksLibrary to your Interesting Libraries, Jenny!
Hi! I've added you to my interesting libraries as well. It seems we have some common interests :)
Hi!
I'll say I'm surprised you found me, I've just joined. To answer your question, The Hand of Dinotopia, is book in the Dinotopia, and yes, it's about dinosaurs, more specifically it's about Dinosaurs and Humans collaberating...

Hi Spiraledstar. Nice of you to drop by and see me. I am glad that you found my library interesting. I have been collecting for quite a while (I just can't seem to let go of books). I am still in the process of cataloguing my books, but I have managed to get through to S. You have an interesting library too. I see that you like art and fantasy just like I do so I will be borrowing a few ideas from you. Any recommendations are truly appreciated. You can never have too many books. *chuckles* See you around.
Arrrr! There are many Pirate Jennys around! I was just lucky enough to be around early enough to snag the name. :-)
Hi. I added you to my Interesting Libraries list also--it seems we have a lot in common, doesn't it? I'm sure I'll be seeing you around!
Hi SpiraledStar, thanks for adding me to your interesting libraries. We share very few books (just the Jane Austens by the look of it) but many of the books you have in your library I have read and enjoyed. I think we have fairly similar tastes, with just enough differences to be interesting! Hope to catch you around in the discussions. :)
Hi! Since we were hijacking the thread, I decided to respond here. I've really never been taken with an audiobook like I was World War Z. I don't expect any sort of sequel, but I'd love to see it continue. I've never read (or listened to) anything by Max Brooks until this.

Nice to meet you! :)
Hi, SpiraledStar. Thanks for adding me to your "interesting libraries." It looks like we are neighbors in the real world judging by your favorite bookstores and library. Happy reading!
Thanks for adding me to your interesting libraries!!! I see you're pretty new to LT and have joined the 75'ers group! Look forward to exchanging book recommemndations!
