About meI am an avid reader, tech geek, digital scrapbooker, and currently a stay at home mom, catching up on her reading. I love mysteries, historical fiction, food & travel memoirs and Tudor era history.
About my libraryMy library is a collection of all the books I have read since 1990, when I began tracking them with an Excel spreadsheet. I had been buying a lot of used books at that time & needed to get a handle on just what I had already read to avoid buying multiple copies with different covers.
My library also includes books I remember reading before that time. The LT dates do not reflect when I may have read or owned the books. Currently I actually possess about 1100-1200 of the books in my library

No matter how busy you are,
don't rush encounters with co-workers, family and friends.
Speak softly. Listen attentively.
Act as if every conversation you have
is the most important thing on your mind today.
Look your children and your partner in the eyes when they talk to you.
Stroke the cat, caress the dog.
Lavish love on every living being you meet.
See how different you feel at the end of the day.
