By the way, I noticed (I think) that you have "And Ladies of the Club" in your catalog as unread. That book had a marvelous arc, from beginning to end, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Thanks for visiting my library. I see your taste in books is as eclectic as mine. LibraryThing is great fun, and its reassuring to see I'm not the only crazy book-person in the world. My library is small compared to some - at least I keep telling my husband that every time I bring home another dozen books from the thriftstore.
I'm reading "White Teeth" by Zadie Smith right now. Almost done. Have you read it? She's an amazing writer and thinker. Rare to find a book like that, and the fact it was written pre-9/11 makes her almost presentient. Anyway, put a little bit about yourself on your profile. And have fun!
