About meStephanus A. Berard, Ph.D., natus est Bostoniae, Angelopoli adolevit, nunc in civitate Vasintoniensi habitat ubi professoris cathedram occupans linguas Hispanicam Latinam Theodiscam docet.

Stephen A. Berard, Ph.D., was born in Boston, grew up in the Los Angeles area, and now lives in Washington state, where he teaches German, Latin, and Spanish. In 1998, he was converted to the active use and teaching of Latin or to what was then called "Living Latin." Since 2000, except for book reviews, he has been publishing only in Latin. Among his Latin works are a monograph titled De Theoria Casuum Generativa deque Methodo Philologica ("Generative Case Theory and Philological Method") and De Philosophia Quantali Deque Institutione Publica ("Quantum Physics and Public Education"), both published by the Melissa Foundation of Brussels.
