About meI'm a homeschool mom to three kids, and committed bibliophile.
About my libraryMost of my home library consists of books that aid me in homeschooling my children. I get rid of most adult fiction as soon as I read it--no space to keep it, and I'm unlikely to reread most things. Exceptions to the rule: Terry Pratchett's Discworld series and the Thursday Next books by Jasper Fforde.

We share about 245 books. I am guessing from the list of shared items you use Sonlight?

My grandmother gave my copy back to friends of the family (she originally purchased it from their garage sale) because their daughter had a baby. It was very nice of her but I then had to find a new one (Alibris.com for $40!). I don't know what it is with the book. The only kid in current times I know that has read it (the daughter of my manager. I told him she'd love it) thought it was only so-so. But this certain manager loves it! Whatever. Kids books aren't just for children!

I was wondering if you'd like to join the rest of us Never Tease A Weasel owners at the listing including both the 1964 and 2007 versions. It seems whoever listed your version has the illustrator and author as the same person and didn't include an ISBN. Just search the title and click on the one that just says Jean Conder Soule, not Denman Hampson Jean Conder Soule. Of course, if this isn't a matter of life and death to you, as it clearly is to me, then ignore this note, but we'd love to have you!
