About meI'm a multi-published with Silhouette Books and The Wild Rose Press. Her books have been both a Romantic Times Magazine Reviewer’s Choice Nominee and a finalist for the Daphne du Maurier Award. I love writing romantic suspense because it throws the hero and heroine together under extraordinary circumstances and pits them against a clever villain. Reviewers have called my books fast-paced, thrilling, action-packed, sizzling, and highly emotional. I cut my reading teeth on Nancy Drew and Agatha Christie but discovering the gothic romances of Phyllis Whitney and others led to me wanting to combine romance and mystery in her own writing.
I'm a West Virginia native but my husband and I have lived for many years on the coast of Maine. A former teacher, I enjoy curling up with a good book, gardening, walking the dog, sailing (if the day is sunny and the wind light), and hiking (if the day is sunny and the trail moderate).
